We are originally from Venezuela, a country that will always hold a special place in our hearts. Looking back, moving to Curaçao was one of the best decisions we ever made.
It didn’t take long to fall in love with the island, its people, and its way of life.

Today, after almost eight years, we can say that we are living our retirement ahead of time. How is that possible? The answer is surprisingly simple: we deeply love our profession as architects, the island is experiencing tremendous growth in the construction industry, which is expected to continue for years to come, and the pace of life is relaxed. It’s an island, it’s the tropics, it’s the Caribbean. Happiness comes naturally.

Here, you can take a Monday off if you feel like it, work on a Saturday if inspiration strikes, or head out on a Tuesday morning to inspect a project in Banda Abou and then finish the day with a dip in the sea. If you’re in the city center and need a moment to unwind or meet with someone, you’ll always find a spot for coffee, brunch, lunch, dinner, or a beer.

Whatever you’re looking for, Curaçao offers it.
And if at any point you need a change of scenery, the flight connections are exceptional. Escaping to a concert in the United States or Europe is no problem; traveling to Singapore for a furniture fair is just as easy.
