This website does not offer user registration or public comments. The only way visitors share personal data with us directly is through our contact form.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the information you enter into it — such as your name, email address, phone number, the options you select and the message you send us. We use this information for one purpose only: to understand your question and to get back to you. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
To protect the form against spam and automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA analyses visitor behaviour and may set cookies and collect data (including your IP address and browser information), which is processed by Google. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Analytics and third-party services
We use a small number of Google services to run, measure and improve this website. They behave differently, so we describe them separately.
Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics (via the Site Kit plugin) to understand how visitors find and use our website, in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as your IP address, the pages you visit and your approximate location. We use this only to improve the website. This data is processed by Google; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Search Console — We use Google Search Console to monitor how our website performs in Google’s search results. This works with aggregated search data and does not place cookies on your device as a visitor.
Google Fonts — Our website’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
Cookies
This website itself does not set tracking cookies. The cookies that may be placed in your browser come from:
- Google Analytics — to recognise returning visitors and measure site usage, in aggregate.
- Google reCAPTCHA — set when the contact form is used, to tell humans and bots apart.
- WPML (language) — a functional cookie that remembers your language preference.
You can refuse or remove cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not stop you from using the website.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example videos, images or maps). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited that other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only where it is necessary to operate the website:
- With Google, through the Analytics, Search Console, Fonts and reCAPTCHA services described above.
We do not share the contents of your contact form submissions with any third party; they are used solely to respond to you.
How long we retain your data
Messages submitted through the contact form are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and in line with our administrative and legal obligations. When a message no longer serves that purpose, it is deleted.
What rights you have over your data
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you — for example the details you submitted through the contact form — and you can ask us to erase it.
